I've had my 2008 Scion xB for about 3 years and it's had a few mechanics of varying quality and consistency - none of which touch R&B thus far when it comes to reliability and sanity. Richard makes working with him very easy; he is communicative, very forthcoming with new issues, and isn't looking to conflate existing issues if they're cost prohibitive.
He's worked on my 2008 xB as mentioned, as well as my 1993 Honda Del Sol - his prices are fair and his work has a great turnaround time after dropping a vehicle off, usually before his time estimation (but in the auto industry, know that this is NOT the standard). Most shops are hesitant to work on older vehicles like my Honda, but Richard dives in headfirst, and it's fantastic to see.
Absolutely give their service a shot, you will not be disappointed.

My car broke down on the side of road and Richard came quickly and got me a new fuel pump, installed in less than 20 minutes and I was on the road again. I wasn't even late to my appointment. I was skeptical at first because he looks very young but after talking to him for a while I was able to tell that he is very well knowledgeable and very educated in this business. Definitely calling him back for any future refrendes. Oh! And we had the same name!
